Every LJILJAN piece is made to order, so we're not able to accept returns for change of mind on custom or limited items. For everything else:

• Returns and exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Email hello@ljiljan.shop with your order number before sending anything back — we'll confirm the return and send you the address
• Customers are responsible for return shipping
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item

Items marked Final Sale, Custom Orders, or Limited Items (e.g. World Cup Jerseys) are not eligible for return or exchange.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind our products. If we make a mistake, such as a misprint, defect, or incorrect item, we'll make it right.

• Email hello@ljiljan.shop within 7 days of delivery
• Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
• We'll send a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund
• No need to return the damaged item

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After that window, orders enter production and cannot be changed. If you catch an address error, email us as soon as possible we'll do our best to correct it before your order ships.
