Fulfillment & Shipping
Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days from the time you place them. Here's how that breaks down:
Fulfillment: 2–5 business days
Every LJILJAN piece is made to order. Timing depends on order volume and product availability. You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships.
Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Free Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
- Free Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after fulfillment · select items only

About your tracking
Shipping labels are sometimes created before a package is physically handed to the carrier, so you may receive a tracking email before your order is in transit. It can take several business days for the first carrier scan to appear, and tracking may go quiet for stretches while your package moves between sorting hubs. This is normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 12 business days, email us at hello@ljiljan.shop with your order number and we'll track it down. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address may not be recoverable, and reshipping costs may apply.
International orders
Delivery times vary by destination. Customs fees, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
